The purpose of the WRAP is to develop data, tools, and policies needed by states and tribes to improve visibility in parks and wilderness areas across the West.

ARS provides the overall EDMS management and expertise in database design and data storage.

Air Sciences, Inc., provides emissions inventory review and quality assurance support for the EDMS.

CIRA provides comprehensive design and operations support for the WRAP TSS web site, which is the platform for accessing and reviewing EDMS data.
